Account Manager

Job Description:

  • Conceptualise campaign ideas by defining goals and target audiences, and develop engaging proposals that meet client objectives.
  • Develop brand identities, visual styles, tone, and overarching creative concepts. 
  • Create content ideas and strategic plans tailored to target audiences and their respective social media platforms for maximum brand exposure and engagement.
  • Craft and define brand voice via key messaging aligned with client expectations, ensuring consistency across all campaigns.
  • Propose integrated online and offline marketing strategies with clear timelines and measurable goals, while coordinating across departments for timely execution. 
  • Prepare detailed presentations and maintain thorough documentation of all proposals, campaigns, and reports for client review.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Event Management, Mass Communications or Marketing. 
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in Event Management, Media Agencies, or Music Labels. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace, experience with analytical tools is a plus. 
  • Familiar with content creation and managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok).
  • Strategic, client-oriented, creative, with a keen eye for detail and strong communication and presentation skills. 
  • Fluent in English and Malay, both written and spoken. Proficiency in additional languages will be an added advantage.
